Weekly casusal sessions - $50
All adults must meet NSW covid regulations and be vaccinated to join groups.
Groups will be capped at the regulated five person rule.
CCSA is passionate about women’s surfing and creating an environment that’s fun, relaxed and informative regardless of your surfing ability. Offering exclusive women's groups weekly, these fun filled sessions cater for all levels and focus not only on a once off surfing expereince but informing you on all the essentials you will need on becoming a competent, confident and well informed surfer.
Surfing is about community and enjoying the ocean, what better way to do it then with a group of passionate and dedicated women who love to have fun and push themselves, and are always keen to share a coffee afterwards!
Depenedednt on skill and expereince level participants will spend time on the following:
- Learn to surf skills and techniques
- Ocean saftey and awareness
- Riding unbroken waves
- Positioning and wave selection
- Performing manouevers
Lesson participants meet coaches at the CCSA trailer locaed in the Avoca Beach Surf Life Saving car park 10 minutes prior to the lesson time.
CCSA will provide the essential items, however it is reccomended to bring the following;
- Swimmers
- Sunscreen
- Water
- Towel
- Hat
- Other individual sun protection items
CCSA provide the following for all participants:
- Surfboards
- Wetsuits
- Rashvests
